If you have not done so already, please fill out this waiver for each child before attending your first Bloom in the Gorge Workshop. Girls will not be allowed to stay for our workshop if we do not have a current waiver on file. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Optional massage is no longer a part of our nervous system calming series at the end of workshops. Thank you for your candid feedback in helping us improve to meet your needs!

Support a Girl in Need With a Scholarship Contribution
Together, we can open doors and make a difference — one spot at a time.
If you are in a position to give, we invite you to add a “Scholarship Ticket” to your order and contribute an amount of your choice — between $5 and $40 — to help fund a spot for a girl in need. Your generosity ensures that more young women have access to meaningful, confidence-building experiences and a supportive community.
*Cancellation Policy
Refunds or Credits will be provided if notice is received 10 days prior to the event or workshop. An administrative fee of 20% will be applied.
